ABSORBING THE OUTDOORS THROUGH PRINTMAKING
Using a variety of traditional painting and drawing techniques I create colourful storytelling works to adorn the home, business or online platform.
The surrounding Scottish countryside and nature are big influences in my practice - combining colour, pattern and form to create the image.

I am a Printmaker based in the North East of Scotland. I create block prints and block printed handmade lampshades. My carving style creates pattern in my work, simplifying the usual detail from a landscape. I use traditional printmaking methods I learned at Gray’s School of Art and combine with contemporary pieces for the home.
I work from my home studio in Elgin with an assortment of tools I have collected over the years including my wooden A3 Hand Printing Press. I enjoy walking and exploring the British coastlines and Scottish hills, fuelling my printmaking inspirations.
I am a full time Mum to two gorgeous kids alongside my art practice, learning as I go!
